Agriculture College – 120-Acre Campus Design

Spread across a vast 120-acre campus, the Agriculture College building was originally designed as a G+1 structure but has been upgraded to G+3 to accommodate the growing student population. This vertical expansion required careful structural retrofitting of the existing foundations and columns while maintaining the building’s integration with the expansive agricultural landscape surrounding it.

The campus design emphasizes open spaces, natural ventilation, and sustainable building practices — values that align naturally with an agricultural institution. Extensive landscaping and outdoor learning areas are integrated throughout, including demonstration plots, botanical gardens, and shaded gathering spaces. The buildings are oriented to capture prevailing breezes and minimize solar heat gain, creating comfortable learning environments with reduced energy consumption.
