V3 Design & Consultants was founded over seven years ago by Mr. V. Venkatesan with a clear vision: to craft spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. What started as a dedicated design and engineering consultancy in Chennai has grown into a trusted firm serving 40+ clients across five industry sectors, with over 50 completed projects spanning Tamil Nadu and South India.
2017
Founded with Purpose
V3 Design & Consultants was established in Chennai by Mr. V. Venkatesan (C.Eng, AMIE, M.E.) with a mission to deliver architecture that balances aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
2018
First Major Projects
Completed our first residential and commercial projects, including bespoke homes and mixed-use buildings. Established our engineering-led approach combining structural integrity with design innovation.
2019
Healthcare & Institutional Expansion
Expanded into healthcare and institutional sectors, delivering hospitals, educational campuses, and pharmaceutical facilities. Began work with Saveetha Group and other prominent clients.
2021
50+ Projects Milestone
Crossed the 50-project milestone across five sectors — residential, commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial. Built a reputation for reliable, on-time project delivery.
2023
Sustainable Design Focus
Pioneered eco-friendly building solutions including ET 450 glass, recycled materials, and energy-efficient systems. The Saveetha Director Residence became a showcase of sustainable residential architecture.
