SEC Girls Hostel – Institutional Residential Design

Designed with the same dormitory-style layout and mezzanine steel floor system as the Boys Hostel, the Girls Hostel adds enhanced security features including controlled access points, CCTV monitoring, and secure perimeter design. The building provides comfortable, safe accommodation for female engineering students with all modern amenities.

SEC Girls Hostel – Secure Student Residence

The SEC Girls Hostel shares the same innovative dormitory-style layout and mezzanine steel floor system as the Boys Hostel, ensuring equal quality of accommodation. The building uses lightweight steel mezzanine floors to maximize capacity within the available volume, and features the same convertible design that can adapt between shared and individual room configurations.

What distinguishes the Girls Hostel is the enhanced security infrastructure layered into the design. Controlled access points with electronic locks ensure that entry and exit are monitored at all times. CCTV coverage is provided at all common areas, corridors, and entry points. The building perimeter is designed with secure fencing and limited access gates. A dedicated warden’s office is positioned at the main entrance for 24/7 supervision. These security features are integrated seamlessly into the architecture so they provide safety without creating an institutional or restrictive atmosphere.
