The Staff Housing tower provides G+14 high-rise living for Saveetha University faculty and staff. Each unit is designed as a compact suite with an internal staircase connecting split-level living spaces — a duplex-style arrangement within a high-rise that gives residents the feeling of living in an independent home rather than a typical apartment. The efficient layouts maximize usable space without wasted circulation.
The distinctive four-corner room design positions living spaces at the building’s corners, ensuring every room enjoys panoramic views and receives natural light from multiple directions. The structural system eliminates intermediate columns within living spaces, creating open, flexible interiors. The on-campus location gives staff easy access to academic buildings, hospitals, and facilities — reducing commute times and fostering a stronger campus community.
