Rising 14 floors above the Saveetha campus, the Krishna Hostel is a modern high-rise student residence that offers both shared and individual room configurations. The mix of room types caters to different student preferences — shared rooms foster community and friendship, while individual rooms provide privacy for focused study. Every room is oriented for maximum natural light and cross ventilation.
Open-to-sky (OTS) spaces at multiple levels break up the building mass and create informal outdoor gathering areas on every few floors. These courtyards bring daylight into corridors and create natural stack-effect ventilation. The hostel also features extensive recreational amenities — a swimming pool, dedicated play areas, and a basketball court — ensuring students have ample opportunities for physical activity, relaxation, and social interaction beyond their academic commitments.
