Nursing College – Vertical Expansion & Boys Hostel
The Nursing College expansion project involved adding three additional floors to the existing building — a complex engineering challenge that required thorough structural analysis of the original foundations and columns to ensure they could safely support the increased load. Construction was phased carefully to maintain uninterrupted college operations throughout the process.
In addition to the vertical expansion, a new Boys’ Hostel wing was designed and attached to the main college building, creating a seamless connection between academic and residential spaces. This integrated approach allows nursing students to move easily between their hostel rooms and classrooms, labs, and clinical training areas — a significant advantage for a program that often requires long and irregular hours.
