The Softgel pharmaceutical facility at Kelambakkam is a carefully engineered project combining conventional and modern construction techniques to meet the growing demands of production. The initial G+2 RCC structure was designed to accommodate core pharmaceutical operations with a strong focus on structural stability, spatial efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
To support expansion needs, a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) was later constructed above the existing G+2 structure, offering lightweight, durable, and cost-effective space for additional utilities or process areas. The integration of PEB over RCC required meticulous engineering coordination to ensure load distribution, safety, and functionality.
